Justice and Civil Liberties
The Socialist Party has, since its establishment, worked to ensure the rights of all people in Greater Hulstria. We have intoduced legislation to support the Ministry of Justice, abolish capital punishment, improve inmate rehabilitation programs, and to endure the justice systems acts in a fair and impartial manner.
We pledge to do the following:
-To ensure the rights of all defendants to a free, fair and speedy trial
-To introduce, and pass, legislation that abolishes the cruel and inhumane practice of capital punishment
-To support the Ministry of Justice, by, among other things, increasing its budget and making more resources available to it
